Interview Under Caution
In case of an alleged commission of any motoring offence, the council will probe into the matter. The proceedings include recoding of complainant’s statement and collecting other relevant evidence. After that, the taxi driver is asked to attend an ‘Interview Under Caution’ at the council office. When there is ample amount of evidence to start legal proceedings, the complainant will be given an opportunity to appear as a witness in the court and support the case.
